This autumn honey is characterised by its warm golden color and its subtle pine and ivy flavors. Marcos Lorentzos extracts the honey cold and filters it only very minimally to preserve the beneficial properties of the natural pollen, enzymes, and micronutrients.

Ideal for dessert with Greek yoghurt and fresh fruits or for the evening with an herbal infusion.

What is raw and unfiltered honey?

Raw honey is unprocessed, unpasteurised, and straight from the beehive. It is scraped directly from the honeycomb and drained into jars after a light filtering to remove chunks of wax. With time the honey may crystallize. It is a clear sign of a natural and unprocessed product as only raw honey will do this. To melt the crystals simply place in a bowl of warm water and stir gently.
