These Kalamon olives (or Kalamata olives) are harvested by hand by Claire and her companion, Alexandros, when they wear their beautiful purplish colors. They are kept in brine for three to four months so that they become edible, taking care that they retain their unique flavor.

Bite into the generous flesh of this olive and let yourself be carried away in the fields of olive trees bathed in sunshine!

Ideal to decorate salads or aperitif boards.

Claire and Alexandros live in the mountain village of Lagkada in West Mani. In love with this region, they have been living there together since 2020 and strive to share with you products representative of the unique region that is Mani.

They produce Kalamata olives and the same way they do every year for their own consumption and that of their loved ones. They are happy to share with you the authentic flavors of the Kalamon olive, representative of this region.
